Tina Gverović works with installation, drawing, painting, sound, text and video. Her work – often in the form of immersive, disorientating installations – engages with space, territory and identity and how these concepts are bound to imagination. Her installation: Phantom Trades: Sea of People is in the Croatian Pavilion of the 57th Venice Biennial. She recently showed work in Suzhou Documents, Biennial, Suzhou, 2016; Museum of Modern Art Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik, 2016; Raum mit Licht Gallery, Vienna, 2015; Tate Modern, London, 2014; MSUB, Belgrade, 2014; SE8 Gallery, London, 2013; and The Garden of Learning, Busan Biennial, Busan, 2012.
